Back to work
I’m going to try and get my diet back in order today as I’m now back at work and have more of a routine going on.
Breakfast- Black coffee, porridge, banana and chocolate milkshake
Lunch - chocolate flavoured meal replacement, satsuma and water to drink
I was starving when I got home so I had a piece of my birthday cake.
Dinner - roasted veg pasta bake, sweet potato fries and garlic bread
I was doing ok until later in the evening, I was really hungry and craving for something, it might of been because I was drinking a glass of red wine.
Snack - smoked cheese, crackers and pickled onions
Even though I had the snacks I still didn’t do too badly with the diet.
