1 Avocado
1 Cup Blueberries/ Mixed Berries
1 Tea Spoon almond Butter
Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Glass of water
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and Enjoy !

I'm decided to give this a try, and surprised (I don't like avocado) its great!
