Meat in a pot is a simple dish. Be are sure your relatives and friends to be pleased if you cook meat in a pot with potatoes and cheese for dinner. Believe me, it's very, very tasty!
Dishes in pots - it's easy, fast and useful!
Ingredients:
● Pork's meat - 400g
● Onion - 2 pcs
● Cheese - 100g
● Mushrooms (champignons) - about 15-16 medium pcs
● Potatoes - 3-4 medium pcs
● Butter - 50g
● Seed oil
● Mayonnaise
● Salt and papper on your own taste
Cooking:
- Cut pork into medium sized pieces. Fry pieces of pork in seed oil on high heat for 5-6 minutes, and another 10 minutes over low heat
- Cut into pieces the onion. Cut the mushrooms along into pieces. Stew in a frying pan in seed oil with onions and butter 10 minutes
- Grate the cheese on a large grater
- Wash potatoes, peel, boil in salted water. Cut into pieces of medium size
- We put the products in the pots in the following order: potatoes, meat, mayonnaise, mushrooms with onions, cheese
- Put the pots covered in a lid in a cold oven (do not preheat the oven beforehand). Cook for 20 minutes at 180 °C
