As a pescetarier, my main food source will be fish instead of meat.
Once a week, I will visit my favorite restaurant and eat my favorite dishes. The main menu, seafood.
Basically, I will eat everything on this day, Sushi, Woke, or Tepanyaki, actually everything what I like to eat.
The other 5-6 day of the week, I will reduce my need and eat mainly just Vegetarian food.
A fish day is like a reward day after renouncing my need for a whole week.
