THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :

- 1/2 anise sweet (roasting)
- 2 tablespoon Grilled Coconut
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 candlenut
- 1/2 cm ginger
- 1/2 cm Galangal
HOW TO MAKE :
- clean up all the ingredients then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly.
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter lemongrass, curry leaves, cardamom, anise star and Screwpine Leaf
- wait minute while stirring
- enter materials are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter meat goat
- wait minute while stirring
- enter coconut milk

Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep dengan Anda : Cara memasak daging dengan kentang yang lezat
makanan ini terlihat sederhana tapi rasanya sangat lezat, makanan ini saat kita makan dicampur dengan nasi agar lebih enak dan ini juga lauk nasi untuk menambah nafsu makan.
Pernahkah Anda mencoba memasak makanan seperti ini, jika belum pernah, anda harus mencobanya, saya jamin anda akan menyukai kelezatan rasa yang anda dapatkan dari makanan ini.
Bagaimana anda ingin mencobanya, Berikut adalah bahan dan cara memasaknya :
BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN
BAHAN UTAMA :
- 400 gram danging kambing
- 1 liter santan
- 1 sereh (digeprek)
- 1 Daun pandan (dipotong-potong)
- 5 daun kari
- 2 butir kapulaga
- 2 Bunga lawang kleng
- 25 gram minyak goreng
- 250 gram kentang
- 1 tomat
- 1/2 sendok makan garam
- Penyedap rasa secukupnya
BAHAN YANG DI IRIS :
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
- 10 cabai rawit
- 10 cabai merah
- 4 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1/2 sdm merica bubuk
- 1/2 sendok makan bubuk ketumbar (sangrai)
- 1/4 jerah manis (sangrai)
- 2 sendok makan kelapa gonseng
- 2 cm kunyit
- 1 kemiri
- 1/2 cm jahe
- 1/2 cm lengkuas
CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
- Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih
- siapkan wajan
- Panaskan minyak
- Tumis sampai irisan harum bahan
- Masukkan sereh, daun kari, kapulaga, bunga lawang kleng dan daun pandan
- Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
- Masukkan bahan yang dihaluskan
- Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
- Masukkan danging kambing
- Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
- Masukkan santan
- Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
- di masak 15 menit sambil diaduk
- Masukkan kentang dan tomat
- Masak hingga matang
- Selesai
- Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya
