- 200 grams eggplant
- 30 gram cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 3 green chili
- 15 pieces cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
How to cultivate it:
- cut of eggplant, as desired, then rinse to clean
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
