Today I want to share recipe with you : sauteed eggplant with green chili (Aceh : tumeh terong ngen cabe ijo)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 200 grams eggplant
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 3 green chili
  • 15 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato 

How to cultivate it:

  • cut of eggplant, as desired, then rinse to clean
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter eggplant
  • cooked 3  minutes, while stirring stir
  • enter water
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 7  minutes, while stirring stir
