Today I want to share recipe with you,

The fried rice with shrimp paste  (Aceh : Bu goreng pakek terasi)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious, This is my favorite food

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 portion of rice
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 1 sachet shrimp paste
  • 6 red chili
  • 25 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 candlenut

How to cultivate it:

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter Ingredients are mashed

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste

  • cooked 5 minutes, while stirring stir

  • enter rice

  • add soy sauce

  • cooked 10 minutes, while stirring stir

  • Finished
