Kue apam adalah salah satu jenis kue tradisional Aceh. Di Aceh, Ada bulan tertentu masyarakat berbondong-bondong untuk membuat kue Apam yang akan mereka konsumsi sendiri bersama keluarga, terkadang disedekahkan kepada tetangga dan buka untuk diperjualbelikan.
Untuk melestarikan keeksistensian kue ini, baru- baru ini masyarakat dilibatkan dalam festival buat kue Apam (toet Apam)
Semoga kue apam akan tetap eksis di Aceh.
