It's been a while from my last post, but I'm back now :) and I want to show you how to prepare lovely chicken I had this evening.
Ingredients:
- chicken leg
- potatoes
- onion
- olive oil
- mix of spices from province
- curry
- salt
- pepper
- balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes on the smaller pieces and the onion on the rings.
Put the onion rings on the bottom of the baking tray, onion gives the sweetness and it's uplifting the chicken so steam and flavor can circulate around the meat.
Now put the chicken in the separate tray drizzle it with the olive oil and rub the meat with hands so spices can stick easier. After that put on the salt, pepper, mix of spices from province and the curry on the end. Rub it so the meat can absorb the spices. Very important is to wash your hands after touching the meat ! Because you will touch the vegetables after.
Put the chicken in the middle of the tray and potatoes around. Spice the potatoes with salt pepper mix of the spices from the province and drizzle potatoes with balsamic vinegar. Put a little bit more curry on the top and drizzle everything with the olive oil.
Put on the aluminum foil and cook it in the oven on 250oC about 45 minutes. After that remove the foil and cook it on the 200-220oC till it's golden and crispy.
