Ingredients for 25-30 pieces:
The basis
Dry active yeast 5 grams
Warm water 60 ml.
Peeled bananas 150 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Butter 50 grams
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Flour 280 grams
Vegetable oil 400 ml.
Powdered sugar 50 grams
Yeast is dissolved in warm water.
Bananas are interrupted with a blender with melted butter and sugar.
Combine the yeast mixture with banana, add lemon juice and, gradually adding sifted flour, knead the dough. It will be very soft and sticky.
Cover the bowl with a plate and let it sit at room temperature for an hour. At a lower ambient temperature, the proofing can take longer. Approached dough slightly dull. We heat the oil on medium-high heat. Separate the dough by a teaspoon and put in the preheated oil. Fry donuts to confidently ruddy crust, we take off on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar. The most delicious thing is to eat them warm.
