For many people cooking has become a scenario of creativity, inventiveness and even a source of #emprendimientos ... For a long time I have dedicated myself to be a mentor of # entrepreneurs in different areas and, particularly, gastronomic entrepreneurs. The role of accompanying and mentoring people who are creating and undertaking from their kitchens is very different than being a gastronomic entrepreneur. Eating is one of the pleasures of life. But for many people it starts before tasting a good dish: when preparing it.
I like to cook and for those who have had the opportunity to taste my creations, they attest that I have good seasoning. Proof of this is the dessert proposal I prepared this past weekend, based on #parchitas from my garden and cottage cheese.

How delicious it is to discover that this passion for pairing different textures, ingredients and flavors translates into a rich and attractive proposal .. The kitchen is like a blank canvas where each ingredient adds color and flavor; Each dish is a version of what I am ...
