Hi friends,
Here in the philippines we have a lot of version of Adobo. Though adobo can be chicken or pork but it has different version and cookimg style for every region.
We have the fried dry style, The Oily version, The adobo with a bit of soup and a lot more.
So I'd like to share my own version Cebuano style
Here are the things you need:
- 1/2 Kg. Pork Cutlet
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 Cup Soysauce
- 1/4 Vinegar
- Salt (pinch)
How to cook:
Just put all ingrediets in your cooking Pan, Add about 2 cups water, Bring to boil until the liquid is fully evaporated. The pork fat oil will start to come out and just fry it with the fat oil until golden brown to dark brown then serve.
A very simple cooking style but very dangerous lol. Please be careful especially if your pork as huge amount of fat. The oil will explode while cooking the fat so please do sa extra precautions
