Shenkin is an Israeli eatery in Sydney. I have never tried Israeli food before so I was happy to eat something different. The service was friendly and efficient. The interior decoration was rustic.
Mushroom and potato bureka. The sauce was delicious. Not too heavy or creamy. I enjoyed this dish.
Shakshuka with eggplant and halloumi. The sauce base is made of capsicum, tomato, garlic and spices, slow cooked for seven hours. It came with poached eggs and fresh pita on the side. My dad liked the dish.
The cover image dish looks delicious! Less sure about the other one but only because I'm not really big on tomatoey/reddy liquidy things XD Glad you enjoyed your respective meals :D
Thanks. My mom doesn't like too much tomato in her meals either.
看起來很濃郁很好吃耶
