Hello!
I'm gonna show you what I ate in April.
All of them, you can eat in Japan.
You should come to Japan to try them.
1.OKONOMIYAKI お好み焼き
OKONOMIYAKI is like a pancake and Japanese soul food.
It's cooked with a cabbage, egg, pork and seafood.
You can put it whatever you like.
Also OKONOMIYAKI is covered with source and mayonnaise.
2.MABO TOFU with Chinese omelette rice. 麻婆豆腐天津
This is one of Chinese cuisine.
Chinese omelette is on the rice and covered with MABO TOFU.
MABO TOFU is made from Tofu with spicy thick source.
3.AVOCADO SALMON DON アボカドサーモン丼
DON 丼 means a rice bowl in Japanese.
It's first time to eat avocado.
I liked it because it's really creamy and good for having with salmon.
This DON has salmon, avocado,salmon roes,sliced onion and soy sauce.
Each food stuff matches with other stuffs.
Also this DON comes with a salad,a miso soup and TSUKEMONO (Japanese pickles )
4.SUSHI 寿司
Maybe you know, it's really famous Japanese food.
Almost Japanese people likes SUSHI.
SUSHI on the picture are normal style sushi.
It has many kind, shrimp, salmon, tuna,flittered shrimp,cucumber and others.
It's usual way to eat SUSHI with soy sauce and WASABI (Japanese mustard)
5.Crepe クレープ
Crepe is from France but Japanese style crepe is a little bit different from that.
Thin dough is same as French style.
But Japanese one wrap a lot of cream, ice cream and fruits.
