Hi guys!
I’ve been obsessed with this chia pudding with coconut milk lately! It’s very easy to make and if you don’t have a lot of time in the morning, try this simple, delicious and healthy recipe that you can make the night before. I’m sure that you will love it!
The coconut milk gives the chia pudding a natural sweetness but if you prefer, you can use maple syrup, honey or any other sweetener.
Ingredients:
1/3-1/2 cup full fat of coconut milk
a splash of almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla powder
topping: mango, almonds flakes and nuts
Directions:
- Mix coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds and vanilla powder togethet. Stir well.
- Put the jar in the frigde for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with mango pieces, nuts and almond flakes.
- Make it really cute and enjoy!
