How many times have you stayed on track ALL day with eating healthy until you got the hankering for something sweet and ended up binging on dessert?
We've all been there and it's frustrating!
However, I have a solution to your sweet cravings -- Chocolate Orange Chia Seed Pudding!
This Chia Seed recipe is super easy to make and can be stored in your fridge for a whole week! Here's how...
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup of your choice of Milk ( I used an Almond Milk)
- 1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Juice from an Orange
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1-2 Tablespoon of your choice of sweetener: Maple Syrup, Honey, Agave ( I used maple syrup)
HOW TO MAKE:
- Combine ALL ingredients in a jar or large container
- Whisk until combined
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour for chia seeds to expand ( I like to refrigerate overnight as I find it tastes best the longer the ingredients sit together)
- Top with orange slices, orange zest, or even chocolate chips
I like to double this recipe so that I can enjoy it everyday for a week!
