Cooking in microwave becomes easier if we keep 3 things in mind-
1.Add salt later. After making the meal take out the bowl and put salt as the oven extract salt.Therefore adding salt before cooking will absorb the moisture content of the food.
2.For boiling use ceramic bowl .Add 2-3 tablespoon of water in it and cover the ceramic plate over the bowl.Let it cook in steam for 3-4 minutes.
3.Use plastic wraps to cover food in oven .After cooking leave the microwave open so that the moisture go out as the moisture can damage the microwave if get trapped.
4.Check microwave utensils like this. Place an empty vessel in the microwave .Now place another vessels inside the oven and fill a cup of water in it.Heat the oven for a minute,Meanwhile if the empty container doesn' t get hot that means it is microwave safe but if it is too hot it is not microwave safe.
5.Use only oval or round shaped vessels avoid rectangular or square shape dishes.
