The thing about Korean cuisines , their quality of their food and the long time consuming process to flavor their meat and fermentation of their kimchi/veggies.

 Had this Hot Stone Bibimbab!  That Amazing Colorful Vibrant Presentation WOWed me ! With Shredded Kelps, kimchi pork, carrots , cucumber, veggies , bean sprouts topped with red Sweet korean Hot Sauce and freshly cracked egg in the center! When mixed together, gives the combination of Strong flavors, spicy sweet ~Crunchy Veggies and the extra brownish rice crisp on the bottom of the Hot Stone
