Another day in Satan’s oven.. figured I might as well attempt some chocolate popsicles! :)

I tried to be sneaky (waited til bedtime) about these because well.. hey! It’s chocolate and in our home we may or may not have a slight addiction!. It’s one of those rare treats we can have with no worries of added “ickies”. (Hershey’s is our weak spot) But some little big boy tip toed in the kitchen and caught me! Ran off telling his sister which in return, we had a melt down because they wasn’t frozen ASAP! 🤦🏻‍♀️ And the girl needed some chocolate to “help her sleep” 🙄 haha!. So she may be a little dramatic?! Haha!. At least she tries 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Anyways these were super simple for the most part! I will say they were a tad trickier to get out of the molds.. but they eventually popped out. Just had to leave under the water a little longer.

Ingredients
1C coconut milk
1/4 tsp pure vanilla
1/2C maple syrup
1/2C cocoa powder

Directions
I added all the ingredients into a blender! Blended until well mixed then poured into molds. Takes about 5-6 hours to become solid. I was able to get almost 6 molds.

Side note:
Next time I would love to try honey instead of maple syrup! Maybe even add little chocolate chips!

These look yummy!! And I understand having to sneak around to make them. My daughter would have demanded to lick the bowl & spoon if the pops weren't ready yet! Lol!

Haha! Yes, mine usually beg for that as well! But I told them they wouldn't freeze if they didn't go to bed ahah!

Very nice making chocolate..

thank you!
They're pretty good!
