So let us do some lies:
Combine warm milk with yeast, sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of flour until you get a homogeneous mixture. Let it grow for 15 minutes hot.Separately, rub yolks with Greek yoghurt, spices (vanilla, lemon / orange peel) and salt.
Put the maize in the middle of the flour, followed by the cream of yolk and yoghurt. Mix first with a spoon, then hand-knead, gradually incorporating the 5 tablespoons of oil, until you get a firm, non-stick dough. Let it dry at least one covered hour in a warm place.
If you feel too sticky, add a little flour, if you feel too dry, add a little milk, because the dough can come out differently, although the same amounts (different yolk size, type of flour, etc.) are used.
Spread the dough grown on the counter (you can do it in 2 tranches, because it can be hard to manage in one piece). Cut short or 6-7 cm long strips with a pizza knife cutter. Then divide each long strip into squares or diamonds (if you cut diamonds slightly), 7-8 cm.
In the center of each future lie, raise a cut. Pass one of the elongated peaks through the notch and turn it upside down.
Let the lie lie down again for 20-30 minutes. Serve the donuts in the oil bath for a few seconds on each side. Serve the traditional lie with plenty of powdered sugar, or with jam, jam or chocolate to taste.
