Ingredients :
200 Grams of large shrimp.
80 Grams of mushrooms.
1500 Ml chicken broth.
1 1/2 Cloves of garlic.
1 Teaspoon salt.
4 Lemongrass.
1 Piece of ginger.
10 Pieces of chili.
3 Pieces of lime leaves.
3 Tablespoons fish sauce.
3 Tablespoon orange juice.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash the shrimp thoroughly, then set aside.
- Prepare lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and red pepper.
- Put all the ingredients into the food processor. Then set aside.
- Turn on the stove and input the chicken broth into the pan. Wait until it boils.
- If it has boiled, input the indgredients that has been smooth.
- Add the shrimp already washed and mushrooms into the pan.
- Give lime leaves, coriander, salt, fish sauce, and lemon juice to taste. Stir well.
- Cook for a few minutes, then remove and move to the serving bowl.
- Add celery leaves as garnish.
