I have a confession to make - I am obsessed with freshly baked bagels. In my neighbourhood, there is a bagel place called 'What a Bagel'. At this spot, you literally eat your bagel right next to their oven.
Last Sunday, this preggo had huge cravings for some freshly baked bagels and so she made her hubby to take her there. She even bought half a dozen to take home.
And, Keep Calm and Bagel On is my motto, lol.
In my book, freshly baked bagels are mouth watering and are one of the most comforting foods on earth. But really, anyone with taste buds knows that it is hard to beat the decadence of freshly baked goods straight from the oven.
This is why I adore this bakery of mine so much (well, it's not really mine, but you know what I mean). Check out the bagel assembly line at 'What a Bagel' below. Mind you, it is not a fancy place but I love it there:

you can have bagels toasted with butter, or cream cheese...or plain - it kind of tastes like fresh bread
