Ingredients:
1.) Shortbread cookies 300 g
2.) Butter 180 g
3.) Bilberry frozen 200 g
4.) Sour cream 500 g
5.) Sugar 200g
6.) Gelatin
7.) Milk 100 ml
How to cook:
1 layer: the biscuits to grind into a crumb, mixed with melted butter. Tamp on the bottom of the form.
2 layer: Bilberry syrup:
Mix the blueberries with sugar, send them to the fire, cook until thick. Allow to cool. Pour on a layer of cookies.
3 layer: mix sour cream with sugar and milk, add gelatin. Heat the mixture to 60 °, pour over the bilberry syrup.
Send to the refrigerator for freezing.
