We are used to certain colours in our food. It can feel odd if it doesn't match expectations. I'm up for trying anything, but I just don't eat meat

This one should be allowed for everyone :)
I eat a little differently these days as the antibiotics I had in the early summer to cure the pneumonia practically destroyed each and every bacteria in my body including the once that are supposed to be there. So the last two month I have tried a diet that has been scientifically tested. All it does is reducing hard-to-digest sugars from milk, fruit, grain and vegetables to spare the stomach.
Sadly that means a lot of healthy things too, like Danish wholemeal ryebread which is a cornerstone in the Danish diet. And to compensate for the sudden lack of dietary fiber and healthy minerals I have experimented with substitutes. Kale for instance.
