Happy new year stemians, i wish i could bring this delicious meal to you to have a taste of it, especially the male in this forum so that they will take it as their lunch. I know that most male dont know how to cook ,even the ones that can cook feel so reluctant of doing that . l prepared this soup by myself and i feel it will be nice sharing my procedure with you guys incase you wish to give it a try . cooking is my hobby and try cooking different african delicacies. My sister here in steemit@jumboemerald can attest to that .
INGREDIENTS:
Waterleaf,bitterleaf , meat,fish, stockfish red oil, peper,crayfish,maggi and salt.
PROCEDURE:
First,you cook the meat and fish with onion,maggi and salt. Then you cook the stockfish in a different pot and add one maggi cube with little water untill it gets soft. Pour both the meat ,fish and stockfish into one pot and allow to boil for about three minutes before adding pepper, crayfish,and salt. After some minutes,you add the waterleaf and pour the red oil on top of it ,then stir to mix them together. After about five seconds ,you add the bitterleaf and stir again to give us the final result. When it has boiled for about two seconds ,you bring it down. Our soup is ready . This is our lunch,you can't stop eating
