Hi Steemians! My today's contribution is a fast Italian-Swiss dish, prepared with little effort. It is important to take the right polenta. The "fast" variant differs only in the processing of the grain and contains no additives
Ingredients for 4 people:
Polenta for 4 people
Salad by choice
Cherry tomatoes
parsley
80 grams bacon
4 dried tomatoes in oil
50-80 grams of parmesan
1 toe garlic
1 laurel leaf
salt and pepper
Chicken broth & milk for the polenta
3-4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1. Grate the cheese, quarter the tomatoes and chop the dried tomatoes.
2. Fry the Bacon
3. Put the bacon in a sieve and collect the fat
4. Add the white vine vinegar and mix.
5. Prepare the polenta after pack instruction, add garlic (whole) and laurel leaf. (Use the same pan as for the bacon)
6. When the polenta is slightly swollen add the dried tomatoes, the bacon and some milk..
7. Add the grated parmesan shortly before ending and season with pepper.
7. Prepare the salad and mix with the quartered tomatoes, season with the bacon vinegar.
8. Put on plate and serve!
