material

1 tempe board, diced
5 pieces of tofu chocolate, diced 3 bay leaves
1 segang galangal finger, keprek
3½ glass of liquid milk
3 tablespoons of salty taoco
1 glass of thick coconut milk
Sugar Salt
Oil
Smooth Iris
2 cloves of garlic
5 onions
5 large red peppers
5 large green chilies

Be careful when applying salt, taste after entering the tauco because tauco itself already gives a salty taste.

How

Saute garlic and onion until softened. Add bay leaves and galangal, stirring until fragrant. Enter the red chili and green chili sliced, stirring until softened. Add tofu and tempeh. Cook, stirring occasionally until the chillies wilt. Pour thin coconut milk, enter taoco, taste. Spread salt, and sugar, taste according to taste. Cook until the coconut milk shrinks. Enter the thick coconut milk, stir well. Cook until coconut milk is thick. Lift.
