Shanghai Ice

Ingredients:

250 grams of fleas
250 grams of black grass jellyfish
2 pieces of avocado, cut into pieces
2 young coconuts, a dredge
1/2 pineapple fruit, cut into pieces

Ingredients Syrup:

500 grams of sugar
300 ml coconut water
3 pieces of pandan leaves

Serving method:

Sweet white condensed milk
Coco pandanus syrup
shaved ice

How to Make Shanghai Ice:

First cook all ingredients for syrup with medium heat until melted.
Next, place the ingredients in a bowl or large glass (to your taste).
Pour syrup and shaved ice and add condensed milk on top.
