Mushroom is a kind of testy food but cooking mushroom is also very difficult. A slight mistake can spoil the food item totally. Today I'm sharing a quick and healthy mushroom recipe with you guys.
Ingredients :
• Oyster mushroom slice - 1 Cup
• Flour - Half cup
• Cornflower - Half cup
• Salt - as per as need
• Egg - 1 piece
• Mashed green chili - 1 tea spoon
• Mashed garlic and ginger - Half tea spoon
• Black pepper - Half tea spoon
•Oil - As per as need for frying
Recipe :
Mix all ingredients except mushroom. Use little water to this mixer. Don't make it too thick or too thin. Leave this paste for 5 minutes. In this time heat oil for frying mushroom. Use medium heat for frying. Sink mushrooms in paste and put into the pan. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes in medium heat. Or fry it until it started to change into brown color. And serve it with your favourite sauce.
