Culinary adventure -Pizza without flour! Pizza with ... coconut!

Well, I can not have pizza and that's it! This is my third pizza experiment! I'm experimenting hard, especially, this pizza variant is inexplicably successful! Unexplained, because there is no flour in the dough, even nuts. By the way, there is ... coconut! Yes, pizza with coconut bran! I tell you that it is inexplicably good! It sounds strange, is not it? Yeah, yeah ... and I got drunk before I did it. Trust me, I'm an experimenter!

What do you need:

For swamps:

  • 3 eggs
  • 40 grams of coconut sawdust
  • 40 grams of Cheddar cheese (or other mature cheese)

For tomato purée:

  • 3 tomato
  • 1 red pepper
  • half an onion
  • copper
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper

and whatever you want for stuffing!

Preparation:

Take air and try! Honestly - it's not a dessert! It's a real pizza!

First I made the tomato puree. I was a little lazy, admitting, so I patted him in an easy way. I stuffed the tomatoes, cut them, cut the pepper and chopped half an onion. I added some water and I simmer. As well as soft, I wrinkled with the spoonful of holes.

I let the boil still ... until the water drains. Then I added 1-2 tablespoons of honey and 2-3 cups of vinegar, salt, and pepper. I stirred, waited for a while and took off the heat. After it cooled - I blended to a smooth mixture.

I put aside and started with the most curious - the dough! It is very easy! Yes, yes! And I was still skeptical at the time. I broke the eggs and added to them about 40 grams (if I can properly estimate the amount of eye) coconut bran.

I added salt. Then I shred Cheddar cheese. And I mixed up. Honestly - at that moment I thought - but I'm doing a great omelet, nothing will come out of it! But I went on! And well that I went on! I spread this strange mixture into a round tray. Thickness - about 1 cm.

I threw in a preheated 180-degree oven. I baked for ten minutes. While it was very lightly baked. I took out and spread the tomato paste on top.

7.jpg

There is a turn of stuffing, and here is your turn to run as you wish. I was classical. I cut pieces of Mum's homemade ham, a little onion. I also wanted mushrooms, but I forgot to buy.

On top of the shredded cheddar. Better than parmesan. Parmesan is toasted, and the cheddar melts from above.

9.jpg

I went back to the oven and baked ... until the cheddar got an appetizing look. I sprinkled with a dry savory. Killing smell!

And if it still sounds perverse, just try it! It's pizza!

Well is very tasty but that is the point to get your attention and you make it to try the taste.

Wow, I must give it to you. This looks pretty good for a flour-less pizza. I would definitely give this a try if it were put in front of me. Almost looks like the real thing! Third times the charm. 😉

You can make it and try it or i can send you once piece :D
