Kale, spinach, ginger and lemon will for sure help you start your day in a healthy and delicious way. Here’s the smoothie I made this morning.
I started out with chia seeds and a splash of water.
after soaking that for some seconds I added a banana, frozen spinach, fresh kale, ginger, banana, avocado and lemon.
Then I used some cake decoration cutters and made decorations out of mango.
And I added some blackberries and raspberries on top!
What’s in my cup?
Boiled water with ACV, organic honey, lemon and ginger.
