If friends have traveled or lived on radio, of course this Umai menu has been used for that. It's like being trapped in love since I continued studying there.
Today I want to share how to make umai using pomfret. It's easy because it requires ingredients and doesn't need to be cooked.
Material needed :
1 pomfret (medium size)
1 slice of shallots
2 inches of ginger
3 pieces of chili peppers (want to add more spicy)
1 slice of lime
6 kasturi lime seeds
Some salt and sugar
How to prepare :
- Separate the contents of pomfret with bones and remove the skin once. Can see in the following photo
- Cut small pieces to make them easy to cook. Add the onion, ginger and cut rice.
- Calamansi all lime. Add salt and sugar to taste. After that, marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
- After one hour, the fish will turn white. That's the sign that the fish is cooked. Lime juice baked by fish.
Ready to be served. Good luck!
Note: If you have never tried, do not worry about not getting fishy because lime juice has been controlled. Very appetite.
