Vegan Ice Cream - Simple, Healthy Dessert You Must Try

My "go to" ice cream that I'm not afraid to binge on. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and you may have these ingredients already!

  • 8 bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter (natural)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and purée
You can adjust the proportions based on your taste. For a creamier, more realistic texture increase the peanut butter or even try substituting for other nut butters.
