It's a shame to admit, but when visitors suddenly appear on the threshold, I quickly bake muffins out of the finished dry mix from the pack. Greatly it turns out! :)
1 package of dry mix for cupcakes
100 ml of water
100 ml of vegetable oil
1 tbsp. seasonings for gingerbread (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)
1 tbsp. liquid honey
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon or mixer.
Set the dough for 5 minutes aside, heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Fill molds for muffins with a test for 2/3 of the height.
Bake for about 25 minutes - check the match for readiness.
