Oranges in the Caramels

Cooking:

Slice the oranges.

Boil 0,5 litres of water, we add cut oranges and we cooking them 3-5 minutes.

We take out oranges to the cloth.

To the bottom of the saucepan we pour out sugar. To the sugar we spread oranges, on them again sugar. And so until oranges will end. The last layer should be sugar.

Fill with water and cooking in about two hours.
Place oranges to the foil.

To bake in oven at 120-150°С.

When oranges become dry we take out from oven.
