Dear Steemit friends:
In my last post about Saipan, we had the opportunity to visit the Heart of the Earth and the Warship Island. Today, we're back on the main island of Saipan where we'll be visiting one of the most famous restaurants in the heart of the Aqua Resort Club Hotel. Known as one of Saipan's most beautiful hotel resorts, Aqua Resort Club Hotel is located by the coast of Achugao offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean as well as being one of the best spots for watching the sunset.
This place is certainly a treat to the eyes. There are oceans with water bluer than the skies, exotic trees and plants everywhere you look, wooden villas intertwined with the beautiful natural landscape.
The whole atmosphere is extremely uplifting to my mood - relaxation at it's finest!
These gaily coloured tropical flowers have very striking colours as well as being very beautiful.
There are benches along the coastline. I sit down and take a moment to admire the gorgeous scenery.
I enter the restaurant from the beach side entrance. There is an outdoor terrace area facing the sea.
Watching the beautiful ocean and hearing the gentle waves clash is really soothing.
The restaurant specialises in barbecued seafood and serves dinner from 6pm onwards.
From the terrace, you can see the hotel / restaurant's very own private beach area. In the picture, you can see some of the water sports equipment which is used during the day time for those seeking a thrill on the water.
Just beyond that, you can see the sunset causing the sky to turn a lovely shade of pink.
My table is right by the sandy beach, and is probably the table with the best views of the landscape.
As the Sun begins to set, it's rays continue to light up the green grass with a golden glow.
The sunset is absolutely stunning, the colours turn from all manners of blue into various shades of pink, every second becoming more like a scene from a mystical painting.
These are the final moments before the sunset reaches completion.
This was my last opportunity to get some photos with sunset and multi-coloured skies.
With such beautiful scenery, it is easy to forget that we're actually here to eat food!
Without further ado, let's look at the scrumptious food on offer at this scenic barbecue seafood restaurant.
To kick things off, we have some heritage tomatoes wrapped with Doritos like chips. I love the combination of the sour tomatoes with crunchy Doritos. Perfect as an appetiser.
A very green Romaine Lettuce Bacon chip Caesar salad. With the climate so hot, it is both refreshing and helps reduce internal heat.
Food and the view!
The coconut juice here is second to none. I love the bright red flower on top. Such a lovely touch.
The sun at it's final moments before disappearing below the horizon.
This is the chef, busy barbecuing our fresh seafood.
The delicious seafood arrives!
We have, some Mussels from New Zealand, King Tiger Prawns, Sea Crab, and Sweetcorn on the cob. On the side, we have a sweet and sour sauce.
After sundown, all the lights around the terrace are turned on. Even though there are hundreds of tiny light bulbs, the atmosphere remains ambient.
The restaurant / hotel has prepared a local music and dance show for us to enjoy.
I order some freshly squeezed juice and await my next course to arrive.
Next up, we have the Shoal rock fish with rice and vegetables. The fish actually has some pretty beautiful markings on it's body and on it's head. I was actually a little hesistant to eat it.
Last but not least, the star of the show - Garlic roasted Lobster.
Caught in the morning just off the coast a few miles out at sea. I could literally taste the sea in it's exceedingly tender juicy meat.
In the mean time, the dance show has begun! The local dancers dressed in traditional local attire begin their graceful leisurely performance.
The music is appropriate to the island setting. It is brisk but soothing to the ear. I really want to go up and dance with them!
I was so surprised to see this fire act performed by a little boy. I really admire his skill and proficiency at this art.
Towards the end of the performance, a guitar player came over to each of the diner's tables to play some traditional local music.
Eating seafood, listening to music, watching a live dance performance, all the while enjoying the subtle sound of the ocean water washing up against the shore, that's my idea of living it up. Thoroughly enjoyable.

今天我想和大家一起去看塞班岛的日落，顺便吃一家塞班岛最有名的日落晚餐。这家餐厅是清泉酒店Aqua Resort Club的一部分，清泉酒店被称为塞班岛最美酒店之一了，坐落在非常著名，可以远看太平洋的Achugao海边。这里的海水很蓝，花儿很美，还有四处都包围着你修剪整齐，样貌可爱的热带植物，搭配着一栋栋极具热带特色的小木屋villa，这样清新得环境让我的心情非常愉快放松。
夕阳把金色洒在草坪上，很美的颜色。鲜艳的热带花好亮丽的颜色。在海边的椅子上坐下，再欣赏一下美丽的风景。这里的海鲜烧烤餐厅是室外面向大海的海景餐厅。太阳把天空照出了漂亮的彩色。走进餐厅，这里还带一个很大的露台，是面向大海的。看看风景让心情变得特别好。夕阳烧烤从下午6点开始，贴心的服务生早已经把餐具准备好了。从餐厅的露台还可以看到酒店的岸边，放着很多水上运动的设施。天边的夕阳变成了漂亮的粉色。我就在这个风景极好的海边餐桌坐下了。下面赶快来来看看夕阳海鲜烧烤的主角们吧！第一道开胃菜，酸酸的西红柿配上脆脆的薯片味道好极了。充满绿色蔬菜的沙拉，在热带的海边最适合吃的食物，既健康又很下火。美食配海景。好喝的椰汁，好喜欢上面的大红花。现在太阳已经快要下山了。厨房里忙碌的厨师，还在为我们烧烤新鲜的海鲜。香喷喷的烤海蟹，新西兰产的贻贝和对虾上来了，还配上了玉米，和酸甜的酱料。夕阳完全下山，到了晚上，平台的灯光亮了，原来一会还有当地的音乐和舞蹈演出，让我好期待。好喝的新鲜果汁饮料。接下来是新鲜的礁鱼配米饭。这个鱼的纹路好漂亮，头上有红绿色相见的斑纹，都舍不得吃了。鱼的味道很好，又新鲜又嫩。最后是最重要的主角，蒜烤龙虾，海边的龙虾肉质鲜嫩，真的味道不一般。
在品尝本地海鲜的同时，漂亮的舞者上台跳当地的舞蹈，动作好优美悠闲，让人看了很舒心，音乐也非常有海岛的味道，非常轻快，好想上台和他们一起跳。这个表演火的竟然是个小男孩，让我好佩服，他可以这么熟练的掌控火。最后还有吉他首为每一桌的客人演唱歌曲。我一边吃着海鲜，一边享受动听的音乐声，还有当地人热情洋溢的舞蹈配上同样热情的海浪拍打岸边的自然的声音，真的太享受了。为了让大家更好的感受当时温馨的气氛，我制作了表演的视频，希望大家喜欢。最后我还有机会和表演者上台合影，真是太美好的一个夜晚了。希望大家喜欢我带大家感受的海边日落烧烤，之后还有更多关于塞班岛的有趣文章想要和你们分享。

It was such a magical experience, the people who live there are surely spoiled getting to experience this day in day out. I really wish I lived closer to the sea as I would likely live more like this on a regular basis.

You're very welcome Charles! I think three weeks is a very long time to spend there. Maybe 1 week is enough. The price of course depends on where you're travelling from, and which hotel you choose to stay at.

Sometimes overstaying at a place can make it lose some of it's lustre, it's better to keep it short but sweet. That way, you can experience more places!

With Summer hitting the northern hemisphere, i've come out of hibernation and have been travelling a whole lot. I mainly focus on food, travel, culture posts, but I also occasionally write some satire with Miss. Opinionated, and also posts about Cats.

I'm still figuring out what direction Ill take with posting...I think it's a great idea to do what you've done with the "Miss etc" concept. Keeps you consistent and attracts the type of readers you want!
