FOOD RECIPES # 147: Pindang shrimp

Ingredients :
500 grams of shrimp, clean
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
4a bay leaf
4 orange leaves
4acis kandis
1 lemon grass, geprek
2cm galangal, geprek
2glass water
Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste


Softened seasoning :
12bh red curly pepper
8siung garlic
8siung onion
1ruas ginger
1ruas turmeric


How to cook:

  1. Coat the shrimp with lime juice and salt, let stand 15 minutes, set aside
  2. Sauté the spices are smoothed until fragrant, then enter lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, bay leaves, kandis acid, mix well
  3. Enter the water then give salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste until boiling
  4. Enter the cooked shrimp until the spices soak, then enter the tomatoes, lift serve.
