Ingredients :

Oil for frying chicken
How to make :
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, finely garlic.
- Heat the oil, fry the chicken until it's slightly browned. Lift and drain.
- Heat enough leftover frying chicken oil. Saute the garlic, onion until fragrant, add the ginger and red chili.
- Enter fried chicken, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sugar and salt, stir for a while. Pour water, mix well.
- Cook the chicken until cooked and the sauce shrinks. The correction feels. Shortly before being lifted, add the leeks if used. Serve it.
