This is basically a traditional Friday lunch in Croatia, where Friday is a "no meat day".
Ingredients:
1 kg of Basa Fillets
5 tablespoons of flour
5 tablespoons of polenta
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of Vegeta
1 teaspoon of salt
2 pinches of pepper
1 table spoon of garlic herbs
6 potatoes
1 onion (decent sized)
6 garlic clovers
salt
olive oil (can use cooking oil)
apple cider (vinegar)
STEP 1, SALAD
First the salad, because you need to make it about 2 hours earlier, so that the cooked potatoes cool down.
Cut up the potato into little dice like cubic shapes, or you can slice it up. Either way if fine.
Then cook them.
Then strain and let cool down totally.
Once cooled down, add the diced up onions and garlic, then tumble mix, as mixing add the oil and vinegar.
Step 2.
FISH
Place your fillets onto paper so that the paper drains the water out of your fillets,
Step 3
Then mix all the dry ingredients, cover the fillets with the mix and fry your fish in cooking oil
When golden brownish it is done!
& we have a traditional Croatian Friday fish lunch!
its sound very deliciously
