Recipe for 6 muffins:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Amount 55 gr spelled flour 630, 20 gr peanut flour (eg from @ koro_de * advertising / or recommendation) and about 4 gr baking soda with each other. Stir a small organic egg (egg substitute powder is also expected to work) with about 2 tablespoons of Xucker slightly frothy. Add 100 grams of quark (or quark alternative), about 60 ml of oatmeal, 2 teaspoons of almond paste and optionally butterflies FlavDrops and stir everything with a whisk. Then mix everything with a spoonful, fill in silicone molds and put in a few TK raspberries in the dough. Then bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees depending on the oven for 20-25 minutes (make the stick test) π Allow to cool slightly, take out of the molds and when they are cool it can be tasted π
