Chicken Biryani is a standout amongst the most prevalent of all biryani dishes in the subcontinent, particularly in South Asiaa where there are various varieties and territorial specialities relying upon where you go.
How to make Special Chicken Biryani Recipe ?
Ingredients are
500 gm Chicken
500 gm Rice
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Cumin
6 Green Chilies
5 gm Whole Hot Spices
Salt (As Needed)
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
300 gm Tomato
1/2 Cup Yogurt
6 Plums
1/2 liter Hot Water
Ginger, coriander, green chili, lemon for garnishing
1 tsp Hot Spice powder
1/4 tsp Yellow food Color

Method
1- In a cooking pot, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp, cumin, green chili, whole hot spices and fry it until light brown.
2- Next, add chicken and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
3- Now, add salt, red chili powder, red chili crushed, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato, yogurt, plum and steam it for 8-10 minutes. Chicken gravy is ready.
4- In a cooking pot, add hot water, cooking oil 2tbsp, cumin, salt, garnish & boil
5- Now add rice and cook it until the water remains in a small quantity. Afterward, add hot water, hot spice powder, cooked chicken, yellow color. Use ginger, green chili, coriander, lemon for garnishing and steam it 12-15 minutes.
Your tasty Special Murgh Biryani is ready to serve.
