Today I have a tasty post-)
My favourite fast cookies which are easy to cook and useful to eat.
I don't like recipes which takes too much time, that's why this one is the best for me.
So what do we need?
- cottage cheese (сurds) - 200 grams
- fructose, stevia (sugar) - according to your taste
- flax flour - 2 spoons (or 1 chicken egg)
- whole wheat flour - 1 glass
- soda (raspberry dough) -0.5 teaspoon
poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds - sprinkling
- knead the dough
- leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- make cookies and add poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds on the top
- bake for about 20 minutes!
Cottage cheese, whole-grain flour, flax flour and seeds are a huge benefit to your health!
Sugar substitutes will make the cookies tasty and safe for the figure.
Cookies are very soft and delicious!
