Many people are too lazy or don't have enough time for it, BUT there are brilliant recipes which don't require much time and efforts.
I have very little free time, but I cook almost everything at home, because I know how it was made and what products were used. That's why I have chosen fast and healthy recipes for all food I cook, thus I am calm that my family eats really safe food.
Now I will share with you my new recipe for homemade bread.
I have found it in the web and there it was decribed as an Irish type of bread.
So we need:
kefir (sour milk)- 1 glass
whole wheat flour - 1,5 glass
Rye flour - 1,5 glass
soda - 2 teaspoons
vinegar - to pour on soda and make a reaction
salt
seeds for sprinkling
- Mix all components
- Knead the dough
- form the bread
- rain the sprinkling on the top
And one more important detail - make a cross on the bread with a knife (75% of its height, NOT till the bottom). It will ensure better baking inside and outside.
- bake for 30-40 minutes
Ready!
