Ingredients1.5 water glass
Red lentil
2 water glasses
chicken water
2 water glasses
water
1 medium size
onion
1 medium size
potato
1 medium size
carrot
1 dish spoon
Fame
1/2 dish spoon
butter
1 dish spoon
liquid oil
1 tea spoon
salt
1 tea spoon
black pepper
Peel the shells of potatoes, carrots and onions.
Cut all vegetables in medium thickness and size.
Wash lentils in plenty of water.
Get butter and liquid oil into a saucepan. Melt.
Add the onions and start frying. Then add carrots and potatoes and continue to fry.
Add lentils, chicken juice and water on top and let it boil.
Vegetables soften thoroughly, when the lentils shoot the lender. Get your ass back.
Fry the butter and flour in a separate place. Transfer half of the bucket away from the soup and stir the mixture into the soup.
Slowly pour the mixture into the soup and mix. After cooking for about 2-3 minutes, pass through a thin-walled filter.
Your burger is ready. Bon Appetit.
Thanks for reading & double thanks for the recipe! I'm not sure what Fame means but I'll look it up and see what I can do. I'll take pics and post when it's ready!
Hi @tango1! How have you been? I finally made the mercimek soup that you suggested last night. I'm sorry that it took me so long (especially after I tasted it!). The pictures I took came out grainy (I think I needed brighter light) and I never took photos of the ingredients before hand. So, I'm going to make it again either tonight or tomorrow morning and then make a post. Thank you so much for your suggestion!
