Chicken wings
Crunchy sticky chicken wings. Buffalo (ٍSpicy) or BBQ sauce(mild).
Ingredients
Flour
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
Hot sauce/BBQ sauce
Butter
Green onions
Blue cheese
Ranch
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Wash wings with water. Pat wings dry. Add wings to dry ingredients to cover completely. Take out of flour and place on baking pan and put aside for 15 min. Heat oil to 180C°. Put again in flour mix. Remove excess flour. Fry in batches (do not over crowd) for 10-12mins.
In a sauce pan, put sauce with butter until butter melts ( 2-3 mins).
Immediately after removing wings from oil, add the sauce in a large bowl and flip in the wings to cover in sauce.
Mix blue cheese with ranch.
Plate wings and sprinkle with green onions.
