Looks really tasty! :D Too bad you probably can't cook a lot of it, to eat it all later. I think couscous tends to go icky or dry after it gets cold, really fast.
But then again I think it's possible to just quickly make the couscous alone later, while keeping the rest of ingredients cooked in abundance.
