Nice! I like the maple syrup twist.

I have a friend who puts a little bit of vanilla extract into stuff (like French toast) and I'm now thinking we need to try maple syrup in stuff.

Sort:  

Vanilla is good, too. It's strong, though, so tricky to add to coffee, very easy to use too much.
