Baked Haddock , Red Potatoes & Sauteed Veggies

in #food7 years ago

I love a good piece of haddock. This is an easy and healthy dinner to make. Hoping to give you some ideas of what to make for dinner. What are you having? Leave a comment below.

I used foil wraps for the haddock. Put down some lemon slices, seasoned the haddock with some salt, pepper and a little sprinkle of paprika. Topped with some green onions and a dab of butter. Closed up the foil wraps and baked at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.

For the sides I made some baked mini red potatoes. Halved, seasoned with salt , black pepper, olive oil and put some fresh sprigs of thyme on top.

I also made a side veggie mixture with vegetables I needed to use. I lightly sauteed with a little olive oil, salt, black pepper and some shaved garlic. I used a combo of broccoli, snow peas, carrots, onions and spinach.

It was good. We enjoyed.
