This is a great recipe for leftover turkey or smoked turkey. I had a smoked turkey thigh that I needed to use so I made some smoked turkey hash.
I shredded the smoked turkey.
In my cast iron skillet I added some oil and diced potatoes and fried until a little brown.
Added some diced onions, bell peppers, minced red chili, parsley, minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
Cooked and stirred for 3-4 minutes.
Added the shredded smoked turkey and a sprinkle of apple cider vinegar for a little pop.
It was good!

Great recipe! I'm going to try it, do you serve it with anything else, or can it be an entire meal?
I usually serve with some eggs or a poached egg on top. It is good! Thanks so much.

Hi to a fellow food blogger! Love the sound of this turkey hash and especially the spicy addition of the red chiles. I'm going to put this recipe in my back pocket for a tasty after Thanksgiving dinner.
