wow that looks really delicious. i have watch a lot if video recipe for this dish. and i think this is one of the easiest one to do. i like watching a lot of cooking vids in youtube.
following tubers like laura jamie olliver, food wishes and also genarro if you like italiani suggest it youll learn a lot from them. they are also entertaining to watch. honestly i want to be able to travel to alot of countries like china just to taste the original. ive heard a lot of good rave about where the dish came from. too bad finding good ingredient or spice like this is very hard in the philippines

This is a great spicy recipe and i love spicy food often, i mostly visit the places where spicy food is offered. Your spicy dish is a great addition to my home made spicy dishes which i make randomly to fill my spice craving. I just now checked it in your pics will later on make at home and update my comment accordingly

Damn! That looks so Tasty! We get almost similar dish in India. Inspired by the Sichuan cuisine. We call it "Chicken 65". Not sure why we named it Chicken 65, but it doesn't have the Celery in it.
